The visionary game developer, renowned for co-creating the globally famous franchise Call of Duty, has tragically died in a vehicle crash in Los Angeles, California aged 55.
Zampella's death was announced by Electronic Arts, the parent company of Respawn Entertainment, the development studio that he helped create.
